Kim Kardashian's Feelings on Pete Davidson Dating Emily Ratajkowski Are Exactly What You'd Think
Three months after Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson ended their surprise 9-month romance, Davidson has a new love interest, Emily Ratajkowski. It didn’t take long for a source to share how Kardashian is taking the news. Just one week after news broke of Davidson and Ratajkowski dating, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Kardashian really isn’t sore about it. She has no time to be.
“[She’s] trying to focus on herself and her kids’ happiness,” the source said. Kardashian shares four children with her ex-husband Kanye West: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. “Kim is not bothered by Pete and Emily’s relationship and knows that things were over between her and Pete. She just wants everyone to live their best lives and be happy.”
It’s a mature stance and one she is also applying to her dynamic with West, the source added: “Kim is continuing to do her best when it comes to co-parenting with Kanye. She is trying to focus on herself and her kids’ happiness. She has been leaning on her very regimented and balanced work schedule, diet and fitness regimen, family routine and more. Her family acts as her rock and she loves engaging in anything and everything family related. Her kids are doing super well and feel taken care of across the board.”
West made headlines this week for not attending the deposition in his and Kardashian’s divorce case; it has been rescheduled to next week. The two are legally single but are still finalizing their child custody arrangement and asset division.
Just yesterday too, West’s ex Julia Fox admitted to just dating him at the beginning of this year to try to distract him from Kardashian. “The Kardashians, when I had a fashion line 10 years ago they actually bought our clothes and sold them in their stores and so I’ve always had a love for Kim especially,” Fox said.
She added of West, “I remember just being like, ugh, he was texting me, I wasn’t really answering. I was like I don’t really want to talk [with] this celebrity again. You know what I mean? Nothing ever comes of it. They’re kind of boring. They’re not what you think they’re going to be like. But he kept going and going and he was like you have bad text etiquette and I was like, oh my god, Kanye’s yelling at me. What do I do? But then I had this thought: I was like, oh my god, maybe I can get him off of Kim’s case. Maybe I can distract him, just get him to like me and I knew if anyone can do it, it’s me because when I set my mind to something, I do it.”
