Eagles star Brandon Graham had savage comment for Giants fan before rivalry beatdown (Video)

Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman Brandon Graham trolled a trash-talking New York Giants fan before their Week 14 game.

The Philadelphia Eagles are the top team in the NFC when it comes to record. They are 12-1 on the season, and are the first team in the conference to clinch a playoff berth. The Eagles did so this past week when they absolutely destroyed the New York Giants 48-22. It wasn’t even close.

Ahead of the game as the Eagles were standing in the tunnel of MetLife Stadium, a fan yelled towards the team “you guys suck, you barely beat the [Indianapolis] Colts.” That got a laugh out of defensive lineman Brandon Graham, who mockingly repeated those words before saying, “well, we’re about to beat that a**.”

Graham was accurate in his statement regarding what they were going to do to the Giants. It was a beatdown.

The Giants have experienced unexpected early success this season. Left in an unenviable cap situation, the team hired Joe Schoen as general manager and Brian Daboll as head coach, both of whom arrived from the Buffalo Bills. In the first nine games, the Giants picked up seven wins, including against the likes of the Tennessee Titans, Green Bay Packers, and Baltimore Ravens.

But since their Week 10 win over the Houston Texans, the Giants have yet to win a game.

Speaking of the Eagles-Giants game, Philadelphia’s offense, led by quarterback Jalen Hurts, put up 437 yards of offense. Running back Miles Sanders picked up 144 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries.

Graham was dominant on the defensive side of the football, recording three sacks, three quarterback hits, and three tackles for loss.

The Eagles have no playoff implications entering Week 15 against the Chicago Bears. But if the wins keep coming in the remaining four weeks of the season, then the NFC East title will be theirs.
