NFL ref for Bengals-Bills has insane OVER/UNDER record
NFL refs play a significant role in the outcome of games. For bettors, that’s a painful truth we know all too well. But rather than mope about past losses perpetuated by bad calls, I’m here to make some money.
And, based on history, we’ve got a great chance this weekend.
The OVER/UNDER for the Cincinnati Bengals at Buffalo Bills matchup is currently set at 48.5. It’s tied for the second-highest total on the divisional round docket, which could prove profitable based on who’s referring that game.
Carl Cheffers is the head ref for Bengals-Bills and, according to Evan Abrams of the Action Network, the UNDER is an outrageous 10-1 in playoff games called by Cheffers since 2010. Even crazier, the UNDER hits by an average of 13.1 points per game.
That’s an insane number.
After doing some further sleuthing, we also discovered the Bills are 6-0 in games Cheffers reffed. The Bengals are 1-3. Not great!
While most would expect a high-scoring game between these two offenses, Cheffers’ history suggests taking a long look at the UNDER.
