NFL Weather Report for Saturday of divisional round (What’s the Forecast for Every NFL Team and Matchup Today?)

Some call divisional round weekend the best one of the season, and I’m inclined to agree.

Before you place your bets, make sure to check out all of our playoff content including anytime touchdown bets, prop bets and full game previews on the FanSided homepage, but if you are betting on divisional Saturday you need to know the weather in Kansas City and Philadelphia.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars meet in a battle of two AFC division winners, and weather may play a role in this one. Meanwhile, the Eagles and Giants meet on Saturday night for the third time this season in what should be a mild January evening.

Here’s the weather forecast for Saturday’s two games.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Kansas City Chiefs weather

There will likely be rain in the mix throughout the game in Kansas City. The temperature is projected for 37 degrees with a 60% chance of rain that turns into snow as the game kicks off (4:30 PM EST).

The highest total on the board for divisional weekend opened at 52 and has hung around that number with it ticking up half a point to 52.5 as of this writing likely due to the fact that wind isn’t in the forecast, just two miles per hour during the game.

New York Giants vs. Philadelphia Eagles weather

Weather won’t play that much of a factor in this game, but there is some wind in the forecast.

The temperature will be in the low 40’s to high 30’s during the Saturday night matchup between NFC East foes but no rain or snow will be in play. However, there will be winds earlier in the day of about 10 miles per hour that is projected to die down throughout the night and be about five miles per hour around kickoff.

The total has been bet up slightly to 48.5 after opening up at 47.5 considering the weather forecast should be solid for this one.
