Taylor Swift Is Truly Bejeweled in Navy Crop Top and Skirt at the 2023 Grammys

Taylor Swift arrived at the 2023 Grammys tonight, her first event of the year, dressed to make a statement—and maybe even lay a Midnights easter egg for her fans. Swift wore a sparkly navy crop top and skirt by Roberto Cavalli. She accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, including dramatic dangle earrings. For glam, Swift wore her hair up in a bun and came out in her signature red lipstick. The singer arrived and posted on the red carpet solo, as she usually does at music events.

Swift is up for the coveted Song of the Year award tonight for “All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (The Short Film),” Best Country Song (“I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault)”), Best Song Written for Visual Media (“Carolina,” from Where the Crawdads Sing), and Best Music Video (All Too Well: The Short Film). While there were initially rumors that Swift would perform at the show, Variety was told earlier this week that Swift would likely not take the stage.

Swift’s latest album Midnights is not eligible for Grammy nominations this year because its release date is outside of the qualification window for the 2023 ceremony. It will be eligible for next year’s.

Swift expressed her gratitude particularly over the Song of the Year nomination for “All Too Well.”

“So many reasons to lose my damn mind today but… All Too Well 10 is the song I’m the most proud of, out of anything I’ve written,” she wrote on her Instagram Story on November 15, via Billboard. “The fact that it’s nominated for Song of the Year at the Grammys, an award I’ve never won, that honors the songwriting… it’s momentous and surreal.”
