Drake cashes out on Chiefs Super Bowl bet (How much did Drake win?)
Drake made waves in the sports betting space by laying out some serious cash on the Super Bowl, and ‘Drizzy’ cashed in big.
The Canadian born rapper netted over $700,000 by cashing his Chiefs moneyline bet with Kansas City small underdogs. Kansas City rallied from a 10-point deficit at halftime to knock off the NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles 38-35.
Drake also took to the prop market to lay down some serious money on the game, but he didn’t do as well on them. Here was his prop sheet:
Drake lost all six of his reported prop plays on the Super Bowl, costing him $265,000.
The Chiefs trailed at halftime, 24-14, costing him his Chiefs to win every quarter and first half moneyline, but he also didn’t get home on Juju Smith-Schuster or Patrick Mahomes to score the first touchdown as Jalen Hurts rushed in from a yard out to get the scoring started.

Lastly, Mahomes took home Super Bowl MVP honors, leading to losses on Travis Kelce (or a tight end) to be Super Bowl MVP.
Even though Drake struck out on props, he was covered by cashing in on the Chiefs hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. I’m sure we’ll see him back in the news for his next big bet.
