Blake Lively Holds Hands With Ryan Reynolds on Casual NYC Date Following Baby #4's Birth
What does casual day date style look like for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, new parents of four? It’s chic outerwear paired with cozy clothes underneath. The couple was photographed out on a walk in New York City on Thursday, holding hands in front of paparazzi. It marks their first public sighting since they shared news of the birth of their fourth child.
Lively wore a camel coat with an all-black ensemble underneath and tan sneakers. Her signature long blonde hair was styled down and on a deep side part. Reynolds, meanwhile, opted for cool tones in a gray top, navy puffer vest and hat, and blue-gray pants.
The couple subtly announced their fourth child’s arrival during Super Bowl Sunday. Lively shared a photo of them where she appeared visibly not pregnant. The couple has not shared their child’s name or sex. The new addition joins Reynolds and Lively’s three daughters—James, 8, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3.
Reynolds gave an interview in mid-February where he briefly addressed being a parent of four. “We’re very excited. Look, we wouldn’t do this four times if we didn’t love it,” he said. “Everybody’s doing great. Everybody’s actually doing fantastic. If we hadn’t figured it out by now, I think we’d be in deep, deep trouble.”
“It’s a zoo over here,” he said, joking about his kitchen, where he did the interview for CNBC’s Power Lunch. “This is my office here. To be honest, I’ll probably spend the rest of my life in here.”
He declined to share any more details about his and Lively’s baby when asked the baby’s sex. “I ain’t telling,” he said. “This ain’t a birth announcement.”
