Rihanna Changed Into a Sparkly Bralette and Pink Robe for Beyoncé’s Oscars After-Party
Rihanna wore three different designer outfits at the Oscars: her leather and sheer Alaïa dress on the red carpet, her Maison Margiela bra and pants during her performance, and her green Bottega Veneta bustier and skirt at the ceremony. But for one of the night’s most exclusive after-parties, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s bash, Rihanna switched into a fourth look. Rihanna was photographed in a sequined bralette and skirt, putting her pregnant figure on display. She added a very Barbiecore pink robe and accessorized with a lot of diamonds. Her boyfriend A$AP Rocky accompanied her.
Rocky was a very supportive partner throughout the evening, cheering her on in the audience after her Oscars performance of “Lift Me Up.” Rihanna spoke a bit abut their partnership as parents to their son in her British Vogue interview, released last month. “We’re best friends with a baby,” she said with a laugh. “We have to be on the same page, but we’ve always kind of had that in our relationship. Everything changes when you have a baby but I wouldn’t say it’s done anything but made us closer.”
The couple announced they were expecting their second child together during Rihanna’s Super Bowl performance.
Rihanna told British Vogue that their son is definitely a daddy’s boy. “I’m just sitting on the sidelines when they’re together,” she said. “I’m literally the girl trying to get into the boys club, waiting for my turn. He is obsessed with his father. And I’m like: ‘Didn’t I give birth to you? What is going on?’ Their connection is undeniable. The second Rocky makes eye contact with him he is on fire. The whole thing they say about sons and moms, it’s a myth. Sons and fathers is crazy. I realized that the validation that you really need as a boy is from your father.”
