How Gigi Hadid Feels About Ex-Boyfriend Zayn Malik Dating Selena Gomez

This past week it was big news that Zayn Malik and Selena Gomez are possibly dating one another, and fans have been curious if Gigi Hadid has an issue with her ex-boyfriend moving on. She and Malik dated off and on for seven years before finally splitting in 2021, and they share a two-year-old daughter together name Khai. A source told Us Weekly that Hadid is completely supportive of the rumored new couple.

“Gigi has no problem whatsoever with Zayn dating,” the insider stated. “As long as he is happy and stable and continues to be a good coparent to [their daughter] Khai, she’s fine with whoever he goes out with.”

The source went on to say that Hadid has “moved on” from Malik, and is “having fun” while dating right now herself. She and Malik have remained great co-parents, and seem to have a friendly relationship.

Entertainment Tonight reported that Gomez and Malik were seen “holding hands” and “kissing” while on a date in New York City on Thursday, March 23.

A person at the scene told ET, “Selena and Zayn went out in SoHo in New York City last night at around 10:30 pm. They walked in holding hands and were kissing. Most restaurant staff and restaurant goers didn’t notice them. It seemed like they were comfortable together and it was clear that it was a date.”

Hadid has most recently been romantically linked to Leonardo DiCaprio after they were spotted hanging out in September 2022 during New York Fashion Week. The relationship seemed to fizzle out over the holidays as Hadid went home to spend time with Khai and DiCaprio headed out for a tropical vacation on his yacht. But they were seen together in February this year again, sparking reconciliation rumors.
