2023 NBA playoffs: Conference finals, championship and Finals MVP odds
Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics are heavily favored to win their series against the Miami Heat and to then win the championship against the winner of the showdown between the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets. Tatum is also the current favorite to win the NBA Finals MVP.
