Is Beyoncé Launching a Hair Care Line?
At long last, Beyoncé finally returned to the spotlight earlier this month with the official kick-off of her Renaissance World Tour. However, a tour isn’t the only thing fans can look forward to from the superstar. Just days after Mother’s Day, Beyoncé shared an Instagram post honoring the “entrepreneurial women” young Bey encountered while sweeping up hair in her mother’s (Tina Knowles) salon, while also implying that a possible hair-related launch could be arriving soon.
Beyoncé posted a carousel of photos to Instagram with the first image showing the singer perched in front of a vanity mirror doing her hair. But if you look closely, you’ll see barely-filled sample bottles on the side of the vanity—a major hint that Beyoncé could be making her foray into the hair care world sooner than we think.
“How many of you knew my first job was sweeping hair in my mama’s salon? Destiny’s Child got our start by performing for clients while they were getting their hair done. I was exposed to so many different kinds of entrepreneurial women in her salon,” she said in a seemingly handwritten note that followed the viral photo of baby Bey getting her hair done by her mother.

She added that she witnessed “how the ways we nurture and celebrate hair can directly impact our souls. I watched her heal and be of service to so many women.” Before Tina Knowles was known for whipping up Destiny’s Child’s most iconic outfits, she owned Houston’s Headliners Hair Salon.
“Having learned so much on my hair journey, I’ve always dreamed of carrying on her legacy. I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been creating,” the note read.
Beyoncé has always remained mum on her hair care routine, but has worked with a bevy of heavy hitters in the hair industry from Kim Kimble to her frequent collaborator Neal Farinah. Every photo of Beyoncé always begs the question: How does she keep her hair so flawless and bouncy? Well, the unnamed Beyoncé hair collection could be the answer we’ve been looking for.
