Julia Fox Wore a See-Through Glass Top on the Cannes Red Carpet
Julia Fox’s unconventional style has touched down in the French Riviera.
Last night, the actor, artist, and muse attended the Art of Elysium Paradis 25th anniversary party at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, where she took the opportunity to put her innovative sense of fashion on full display.
For the occasion, Fox wore an abstract, structured, glasslike chest piece, which was held around her torso via a sleek halter neck and a strap around her back. The piece was completely see-through, exposing her chest underneath, and topped off a voluminous white skirt that featured a dramatically poofy tier and a billowing train. To accessorize, she wore diamond drop earrings, a diamond wrap bracelet, and a diamond ring.
As for her beauty look, the Uncut Gems star opted for light brown smoky eye shadow, plus a glossy dark red lip. She styled her brunette hair up in a loose high bun, then capped off the entire look with a luminescent champagne manicure.
This isn’t the first time Fox has transformed her “free the nipple” sensibilities into high fashion.
During Paris Fashion Week this past March, she sat front row at Courrèges’s fall/winter 2023 fashion show, where she braved the late winter chill in a completely see-through mesh dress. The black maxi dress had a form-fitting silhouette and featured a circular cutout over her belly button, which showed off her sculptural silver belly-button piercing. Layered over the NSFW piece, she wore black leather motorcycle jacket sleeves. To finish off the monochromatic look, she stepped out in pointed kitten-heel sock boots, an asymmetrical leather bag, and shield sunglasses.
