How Ariana Grande Is Coping With Her Dalton Gomez Divorce: They’re ‘Two Very Different People’
Ariana Grande is taking steps to move on after attempting to reconcile with her estranged husband Dalton Gomez. A source spoke to Us Weekly about Grande’s headspace now that news of the divorce is out. “Ariana’s determined to move forward,” the source said, adding that the singer’s loved ones “are ‘happy’ about the steps she is taking in her personal life.”
“As sad as it is, the consensus on both sides is that this is ultimately for the best. Ariana and Dalton are two very different people,” the source said.
Grande was photographed for the first time since the news broke, shopping with her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo on London’s Broad Street. Grande didn’t wear her wedding ring and was dressed in a long pale pink cardigan, jeans, white boots, and a Wimbledon baseball cap.
Social media-wise, Grande has kept things business as usual on her Instagram Stories, posting about the actors’ strike and her beauty line.
Page Six did note that Grande quietly took some posts with Gomez down from her page, including Instagram photos of their wedding and their engagement announcement post. The only posts of Gomez and Grande together that remain up is a shot of them from November 2022:

The Sun claimed that Grande was returning to the U.S. on Thursday, after she wrapped her work on Wicked ahead of the actors’ strike. Grande has been posting about the SAG strike on her Instagram Story.
A source told the outlet, “She is going home to see her friends and family as the scrutiny about her failed marriage increases. Ariana wants to step out of the spotlight and spend time with the people who mean the most to her, who will support her through this difficult time.”
