A new brain teaser has been making people scratch their heads as they try to find the queen bee hidden among the other bees in her hive – and you have just five seconds to do it
Challenging yourself to take on a brain teaser or puzzle every day can do wonders for boosting your cognitive function, and keeping your brain healthy is just as important as the rest of your body. While you might struggle with some puzzles at first, the more often you practice the better you'll become, and before long you'll be solving genius-level brain teasers in no time.
So with that in mind, why not try your hand at this tricky teaser? All you have to do to solve it is find which of the bees pictured below is the queen of the hive. But there's a catch – as you have to solve it in under five seconds.
At first glance, the image shows a hive of bees buzzing around their nest, and while some of them are different shapes and sizes, they're all pretty similar, right? Wrong! One of the bees in the picture is very different from the rest, as she's the only queen bee in the hive.
All you need to do is find which bee is ruling the hive by finding the only one that looks different from the rest of the insects making honey. Take a close look at the image, supplied by Make My Blinds, and see if you can find the odd bee out – but make sure to do it as quickly as possible, as you'll need to find it within five seconds to be named the best of the best.
In fact, it's claimed that only 22% of people (or just over one in five) were able to find the queen bee within the time frame, so you really will be in the top percentage of people if you manage to find the bee quickly.
