Bank hours on Dec. 23 and Christmas Eve 2023: Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, and more

Just like last year, the Christmas closures of 2023 are going to last longer than usual. The holiday falls on a Monday, meaning nothing much is going to be open until Tuesday morning. And if you’ve got banking business to take care of, Saturday is your last shot.

Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday, so it’s no surprise that banks will be closed that day. And since Dec. 23 is a Saturday, most banks have reduced hours.

Hours can vary from branch to branch, so you’d be well served to call and confirm before you head to your local branch. Here’s a look at which banks are open — and how late.
