A driver was surprised to see a man clinging to the hood of a nearby moving car on I-95 in Miami in June 2018.
Officials said the man on the hood called police and said: “My life is actually in danger. I’m on the roof of my car, someone is driving.”
The driver, identified as 24-year-old Patresha Isidore, was arrested after the incident. It’s unclear if she knew the man on the hood.
Crystal Methvin was arrested after police said they discovered crystal meth in her purse.
She was taken into custody in May 2018 after the St. Augustine Police Department responded to reports of a woman sitting in a car on the side of a highway and discovered the purse with the meth in her car.
