(Lyon) — Two French chefs and a cheesemaker have broken a Guinness World Record by creating a pizza with over a thousand different types of cheese. Pizza Chef Benoît Bruel of Lyon was behind the culinary creation, after setting a world record in 2020 by making a pizza with over 250 varieties of cheese. Bruel told Guinness World Records, “My only dream is to make pizzas with the widest variety of cheeses.”
