A new optical illusion has left people baffled as they try to find all nine hidden faces within a picture in just 11 seconds – and you have ‘sharp focus’ if you can find them all
People have been left scratching their heads at this brain teaser.
We all know how important it is to give our minds some much-needed exercise as well as the rest of our bodies, and one of the best ways to do that is through challenging yourself to solve tricky puzzles that help boost your cognitive function. One such puzzle has been leaving people confused, as many have struggled to find all nine faces hidden in the optical illusion below. Can you solve it? You'll prove that you have "sharp focus" if you can find all the faces in just 11 seconds.
Take a look at the image above. At first glance, it looks as though the picture simply shows a forest scene with some trees and bushes, but if you take a closer look you'll notice something isn't quite right with the image. In fact, there are a total of nine faces lurking in the image, and not all of them are obvious when you first look at it.
Some of the faces in the picture might jump out at you straight away as your brain easily identifies what it knows a person's face looks like. But can you find all nine in under 11 seconds? According to Jagran Josh, who shared the puzzle on their website, you'll be able to call yourself a "sharp focus master" if you find them all within the time limit.
How many have you found so far? Don't worry if finding all nine is a struggle, as you'll still be giving your brain a good workout even if you don't manage to find them all. If you find less than nine faces, you're said to be a "meticulous and persistent observer", and your skills will get better over time as you take on more challenging puzzles – so try and find as many as you can!
