In Fort Worth, a man is facing murder charges after telling police his wife had killed herself.
Nathaniel Rowland told police his wife stabbed herself to death.
Officers responded on February 23rd to a reported stabbing at a home on Camden Yard Drive.
A husband had called 9-1-1 and claimed his wife had stabbed herself in the throat.
Police found Elizabeth Rowland in the kitchen with her head nearly severed.
Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office investigators say there’s no way she could have done that herself, and she had defensive wounds on her hands.
