Henry Hoover transformed into mini motorbike that 'beats public transport' – The Mirror

Reddit users have been blown away by a Henry Hoover that has been transformed into a miniature motorbike, with some calling for it to replace popular e-scooters
A Henry Hoover has been transformed into a miniature motorbike, and people reckon riding the household cleaning device "beats using public transport".
Sharing a TikTok from user @awesometoaster, Reddit users were left stunned by the adjustments made to the hoover. An engine has been attached to the bottom and some upgrades to its wheels mean it can now be used as a speedy means of transport.
What used to be a power button for the hoover is now a kill switch for the engine, the original creator has revealed. A pull chain on the back of the hoover starts the engine and a smaller wheel has been added to the front for balance. The video was shared on the r/CasualUK subreddit with the caption: "Still beats using public transport."
Commenters said the Henry Hoover brand had a "mischief" to it that suits its adaptation into a vehicle. One wrote: "Henry always looks like he's up to mischief." Another wrote: "Looks absolutely lethal. Gizza go!" Others suggested the Henry Hoover vehicle should replace popular e-scooters. They wrote: "Petition to have e-scooters replaced with electric versions of these."
Awesometoaster says upgrades are coming to the homemade hoover scooter, including a comfier seat. They were told by a TikTok user: "No seat cushion I would rather go to hell." To which the inventor replied: "It's coming! Sewing isn't my strongest skill." Two air filters can also be seen on the invention, with "one for air, one for flair" according to the hoover mastermind.
And despite being fitted with wheels and a new engine, the Henry Hoover remains capable of its everyday use – although this might not be wise. Replying to a comment asking if they "kept the ability to vacuum", the inventor confirmed they had but added that using it to combat household dust would "eventually destroy the engine".
