Real Madrid unveil kit that Mbappé will wear next season
Real Madrid fans have been given a first look at the kit that new signing Kylian Mbappé will be wearing at the Bernabéu next season.
The Champions League winners have released their new home shirt for 2024-25 season and, without wishing to ruin the surprise, they’ve gone with all-white again.

Mbappé, who was officially announced as Madrid’s newest Galactico signing on Monday after leaving Paris Saint-Germain at the end of his contract, is ranked No. 1 among forwards in ESPN’s FC 100 ranking of the world’s best men’s footballers.
It would appear that the France striker was not on board in time to pose in the promo images for the jersey he will don when he begins his LaLiga career next season. Instead, the likes of Jude Bellingham, Vinícius Júnior and Linda Caicedo were assembled for the big reveal.
The jersey itself is a traditional field of pristine white with black trim. Black was last used in 2018-19, since when manufacturers Adidas have cycled through various combinations of blue, purple and gold embellishments.
The 2024-25 design is simple and evokes several previous Real kits of the 2000s era, although this iteration features a subtle Houndstooth pattern woven into the fabric which is inspired by the traditional “Chulapo” jackets and waistcoats worn by the people of Madrid during the city’s annual San Isidro festival.
With Mbappé leading the European champions’ ridiculously stacked forward line, the Spanish giants will be favourites to retain the LaLiga title and win a record-extending 16th Champions League crown next term.
Whether or not they achieve it, at least they’ll look good as they try.
