How it happened: Ewers (3 TD passes), Texas dominate Michigan in top-10 showdown
The No. 3 Texas Longhorns traveled to Ann Arbor to face the No. 10 Michigan Wolverines and absolutely crushed the reigning national champions.
This was just the second meeting between these two college football blue bloods. The first came in the Rose Bowl following the 2004 season when Vince Young ran wild. This one was also dominated by a Texas QB. Quinn Ewers had 246 yards passing and three touchdown passes. The Longhorns’ defense forced three turnovers and held the Wolverines to 80 yards rushing.
