Every year, Alien Abduction Day (March 20) is celebrated by those who claim to have been abducted themselves and others interested in such extra-terrestrial phenomena.
To mark the occasion in 2025, one such 'victim' has recalled her experience and revealed signs you should look out for to determine whether or not you've been beamed up without realising.
Lotty Luxe took to TikTok to share theories about the two types of abduction – and those who may be at greater risk of being of interest to little green men. She said her friend called Ash helped her to "understand" some weird experiences.
"One very obvious sign you've been a victim of extra-terrestrial abduction, whether that be a physical or consciousness abduction – which I don't think a lot of people know about – is waking up with very strange, symmetrical or geometrical figures all over your body," she began.
Lotty claims she once woke up with three triangles across her forehead that were "perfectly aligned". She continued: "I couldn't have just fallen asleep on wrong on the bed and this happened – they were burnt into my forehead."
She went on to reveal that since then she's learned a lot about her bizarre experience through hypnosis. She added: "I recommend anyone that feels like that they have been a victim of extra-terrestrial interference to try and do some type of hypnosis."
Lotty then discussed consciousness abduction in greater detail. Unsurprisingly, she noted there is "very little information out there about this at all".
She said: "It happens to your astral-body, and this usually happens while you're asleep. Yes – aliens can abduct you while you're in dreamland." Lotty believes aliens can experiment on you – and claims she's a victim of this herself.
She added: "Most of the time, these aliens will target lightworkers [those believed to have a higher purpose of bringing light], people who have had past lives as elemental beings and extra-terrestrial beings, starseeds [a variant of the belief in alien-human hybrids], or palladiums [people believed to provide protection or safety of something sacred]."
One person claiming to have fallen into that category responded: "Lightworker here, it happens to me and I would feel the pain in the morning, I’m aware of it so I told them they can continue however, I ask for no pain and to heal me. And they do."
A second recalled: "I have been abducted on the astral while I was sleeping and I was fully conscious the whole time, I remember all of it." A third TikTok was left intrigued, as they shared their scenario: "I need more info, I had a sleep paralysis that I was lifted from my bed and went through a tube and ended up on a metal bed and I seen them and what was strange I wasn’t afraid."
A fourth individual detailed a similar experience, adding: "A few times I've found bruises/ red marks (three each time) on my arms that made a perfect triangle. They went away after a few days. Just disappeared i.e. didn't fade just woke up without them."
Whilst a fifth said: "Yes! I’ve had one encounter with a grey while in a dream state. He spoke to me face to face telepathically. I don't what he said. His eyes were metallic black."
