Only 1% can solve brainteaser by working out how four works are connected – The Mirror

A devilishly tricky riddle from Lee Mack's The 1% Club has left the nation scratching their heads. Reportedly, only a razor-sharp 1% can work out the link between four seemingly unrelated words.
The brainteaser recently featured on the popular quiz show, which airs in the UK. The series itself aims to sift through participants with questions previously posed to a sample of 1,000 Bris.
How difficult these brainteasers are flagged as when they're broadcast depends on the responses gathered during testing. Those who take on the challenge start off with the basics—questions that 90% would be able to answer—before moving on to the mind-blowingly intricate ones understood by a select 1%.
One '1% question' recently made its way onto TikTok, leaving most people struggling to work out the answer. Here's the riddle: What binds these terms? Hero, Sheet, West, Youth.
The tricky question cropped up in season 4, episode 6 of the British quiz show. Unable to come up with an answer, the contestant who was asked had to skip the question, but still scooped up a cool £11,000 in winnings.
Over on TikTok, there was a real mix of people who managed to work it out, and others who didn't have a clue. One person who struggled to answer the question joked: "A space connects all the words… tell me I'm wrong," they ventured.
Another user expressed frustration, saying: "I hate these things because the questions are always misleading and ambiguous, so that there are an infinite number of correct answers."
Meanwhile, a third individual admitted: "I actually don't know. I'm normally good at these."
Another confidently stated: "Easiest one yet for sure." Yet another remarked: "I got it before Lee Mack finished the question. Luck though, coz last week it took me 15mins to get the 90% question."
If you're still mulling over the answer, consider this your spoiler alert, as we're about to reveal the answer.
HERO SHEET WEST YOUTH – What do they have in common? They all start with personal pronouns.
