TOP STORY: Olise set to choose Bayern as next club

Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise has decided to join Bayern Munich, reports the Athletic.

The 22-year-old has been on the radar of multiple clubs this summer, with Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United keen on him, but it looks as though he has now confirmed his preference to leave Selhurst Park for the Allianz Arena.

Olise is reported to have turned down the chance to make the switch to Stamford Bridge after the Blues were unwilling to meet his salary demands before they eventually pulled out of a move for his signature.

The Bundesliga club are said to now be set to enter formal talks with the Eagles to reach an agreement over a transfer fee, though they could sign him if they activate the £60 million release clause in his contract.

Olise was one of the standout performers for Palace in the Premier League last season, contributing to 16 goals in 19 matches.
