One of the people bankrolling New Jersey Democrat Tom Malinoski is self-proclaimed Jihadist and terrorism financier Emadeddin Muntasser. Since 2019, Muntasser has donated thousands of dollars to the New Jersey progressive and hundreds of thousands of dollars to other left-wing Democrats nationwide. Today, Malinowski’s Republican challenger Tom Kean is asking the far-left wing congressman to give the Libyan sponsor of terrorism a charity that helps people affected by the atrocities of the radical Islamic fundamentalist organizations bankrolled by Muntasser. “This is but another chapter in the history of Tom Malinowski’s lack of integrity & poor judgment,” Kean said. “He needs to…

Crowdfunding site GoFundMe has taken down a fundraiser started by organizers of a protest against Canadian COVID-19 restrictions and is refusing to distribute donations, the company announced late Friday. GoFundMe cited “police reports of violence and unlawful activity” as justification for its decision. “Following a review of relevant facts and multiple discussions with local law enforcement and city officials, this fundraiser is now in violation of our Terms of Service (Term 8, which prohibits the promotion of violence and harassment) and has been removed from the platform,” the company wrote in a blog post. The decision to terminate the fundraiser follows calls…
When donors pledged money to support the protesting truckers in Canada’s Freedom Convoy, they believed their hard-earned money would be given to truckers who are protesting vaccine mandates in their home country. Now, GoFundMe says it is seizing $9,000,000 from the fund and giving it to other groups instead. Groups such as Black Lives Matter? Greenpeace? Planned Parenthood? Today, the company said it is suspending the fundraiser because it has deemed the protest an “occupation”. “GoFundMe supports peaceful protests and we believe that was the intention of the Freedom Convoy 2022 fundraiser when it was first created,” the company said….
A New York City high school released one of its teachers who tweeted that she planned to intentionally disrespect a fundraiser in support of fallen NYPD officers, according to a Thursday report. Laura Lynne Duffy, a teacher at Fontbonne Hall Academy in Brooklyn, New York, said she was going to “intentionally” dress up Wednesday for a student fundraiser encouraging everyone to “dress down” as a show of support for two police officers killed in January, the New York Post reported. Students at the private, all-girls school reportedly wear uniforms but were encouraged to wear blue on Wednesday as part of the…

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy is expressing his full support for the Democratic ticket of Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, as the 2024 election season approaches. Speaking in a recent interview, Murphy voiced his excitement about leading the New Jersey delegation and his confidence that Harris and Walz will win the state, while also acknowledging that the campaign won’t take any votes for granted.
“New Jersey is a blue state, but that doesn’t mean they’ll mail it in,” Murphy said. “They’ll have an infrastructure in place, and I’ll be out there, among others, working hard on their behalf.”
He added that the Harris-Walz ticket will align with the values that many New Jersey voters care deeply about, which he believes will also help in down-ballot races. Murphy specifically pointed to New Jersey’s seventh congressional district, a closely contested seat, as an area where the strength of the Democratic ticket could influence the outcome.
Murphy also shared his thoughts on Governor Walz, whom he knows well through their work with the Democratic Governors Association, an organization Murphy has chaired twice. He praised Walz for his ability to manage Minnesota’s diverse political landscape, balancing progressive policies with business interests and rural concerns.
“He’s got the lowest unemployment rate in America,” Murphy noted, highlighting Walz’s success in both urban and rural areas, especially following the challenges of the George Floyd tragedy.
The two governors share a bond outside of politics as well—both are avid Bruce Springsteen fans. When asked which Springsteen song best represents their shared taste, Murphy immediately chose “Thunder Road,” calling it one of the greatest rock anthems of all time. While unsure of Walz’s specific favorite, Murphy joked, “I’m virtually certain if Tim were on this call, he would second that motion.”
With Murphy set to play a key role in the upcoming election, his support for the Harris-Walz ticket reflects the broader enthusiasm among Democratic leaders for the campaign ahead.
Governor Tim Walz is out here trying to pull off the ultimate “relatable guy” moment, but pheasant hunting? Not exactly what you’d expect from a political playbook. Recently, he tried to impress Minnesota’s young male voters by showing off some “manly” skills, but apparently ran into a bit of a hiccup when he struggled to load his shotgun during a hunting trip.
You can picture it now: Walz fumbling with the gun while trying to maintain his cool, probably wishing he had just stuck with shaking hands and kissing babies.

It’s not lost on anyone that this attempt to appeal to male voters comes as the Democratic party is dealing with a bit of a “man problem,” with some voters leaning toward more traditionally masculine figures. Kamala Harris, in particular, has faced challenges in this area. And it looks like Walz’s hunting stunt was meant to bridge that gap by showing off his rugged, outdoorsy side.
After all, nothing says “I get you, bro” quite like loading up a shotgun for a little post-football-practice pheasant hunting, right?
But it doesn’t end there. During a debate, Walz stirred controversy with some pretty eyebrow-raising comments, including a bizarre claim that he’s “friends with school shooters.” Yikes. Pair that with the casual mention of a shotgun in his car and it’s clear Walz is leaning a little too hard into the “I’m just a regular guy” routine.
Whether this will earn him brownie points with the demographic he’s trying to woo, or just land him in more hot water, remains to be seen.
As for now, it seems Walz is trying to walk the fine line between “man of the people” and “what the heck did he just say?” Time will tell if pheasant hunting is the ticket to winning over male voters, or if this attempt misses the mark.
Chris Christie, once a key ally of Donald Trump, has now joined a growing list of Republicans raising concerns about the former president’s mental sharpness. In a recent conversation with New York Times journalist Frank Bruni, the former New Jersey governor didn’t mince words, saying that Trump’s capabilities have significantly declined since his first presidential run in 2016.
Christie highlighted how Trump’s once-quick ability to make a point has noticeably faded. He mentioned that while Trump still has the energy and physical presence that some may associate with vitality, his actual communication skills have taken a hit. “He wasn’t as good in 2020 as he was in 2016,” Christie observed, pointing to a visible deterioration in his performance. And now, running for a third time, Christie sees this decline even more starkly.
This public criticism comes at a time when Trump is gearing up for another campaign, adding fuel to the already blazing conversation about the fitness of political leaders, including Trump and President Joe Biden.
Interestingly, Christie’s remarks were followed closely by Vice President Kamala Harris releasing a two-page medical report, seemingly challenging Trump to do the same. Harris’s doctor gave her a clean bill of health, emphasizing her active lifestyle. Though not explicitly aimed at Trump, the timing makes the contrast between the two hard to miss.
As the 2024 election heats up, expect the conversation around age, health, and mental acuity to become even more central, with Christie’s comments likely sparking further debate.
