Passed Out Woman Puts the Blame on Powdered Donuts – Scioto County Daily News

A woman deputies discovered passed out behind the wheel of her car, trying to convince officers that the white powder on her nose was due to powdered donuts.
Officers and EMS responded to a Proctorville address for a report of a woman slumped over the wheel of her car. Medics woke the woman with a sternum rub but noticed she was very confused and unable to answer questions.
She claimed that she was fine and just sleeping. EMS noted white power on her and around her nose. When questioned by deputies, she said she’d been eating powdered donuts.
It took officers a while to get the woman to give them her name. When they did get her information, they discovered there was an open warrant for her arrest. During a search of her vehicle, officers found a crack pipe and multiple pills in her purse.
The woman complained of chest pains, so EMS transported her to the hospital for treatment.
