Woman buys unclaimed lost luggage and can’t believe what’s inside – Express
A woman bought unclaimed lost luggage from a London airport and was shocked by the suitcase’s contents.
Fashion blogger and thrift shopping fan, Becky Chorlton, bought a suitcase full of unclaimed lost luggage from London Heathrow Airport for £130 from Undelivrd, a website that sells unclaimed Royal Mail and UPS parcels, Amazon and John Lewis returned packages and even unclaimed lost luggage. She opened her package to uncover a large suitcase full of goods, including an iPad.
One of the first items Becky noticed when she opened the suitcase was a pair of UGG boots. She posted a video on TikTok to share her Undelivrd experience.
Speaking in the video she said: “I bought unclaimed lost luggage from London Heathrow Airport and here’s how it went. I’ll pop the listing up on screen now of where I got it from but this is what ended up arriving at my door.
“If anyone recognises this suitcase then do let me know because I’d love to reunite you with all your belongings. Okay, so all the luggage they sell is unclaimed, apparently the airport do absolutely everything to track down the owner for months but unfortunately sometimes the only other option is to burn it which isn’t great for the environment or remove any personal info and sell it.

“This is actually my third time ordering one of these and let me tell you it’s definitely a risk but honestly, it’s so much fun. Once I’d taken off the black wrapping this is the suitcase that was underneath.
“It was this pink one which was absolutely huge. It had this heavy sticker on the side and let me tell you, it was definitely heavy. I could barely even move it.”
Getting into the fun part, Becky unzipped the suitcase. She continued: “Anyway, now it’s time for the moment of truth and to whack open the case to see what’s inside and here’s what I could see when I opened the case.
“It was absolutely jam packed full and I instantly spotted a pair of UGG boots which is absolutely crazy. Make sure you come back for part 2 where we go through each thing in this case.”
The fashion blogger’s TikTok video received a staggering 13.4 million views, 382,000 likes and 1,168 comments. Multiple users asked to see ‘part 2’ so Becky posted a follow-up video going through each item in the suitcase.
In this video she said: “The first thing I ended up seeing were these black sparkly UGG boots. I have absolutely no idea if they’re real or not but they were brand new so who knows.”
Women’s UGG boots range from £135 to £270 from the official retailer but many high street stores offer dupes. UGG boots are popular in winter for their fur interior and suede material on the outside.
Becky added: “The next thing I saw were these Juicy Couture slides and then I spotted this box of Pokemon cards which is so random. I have no idea why you need to take them on holiday but there you go.s
“Next up I got two pairs of hair straighteners and then I spotted this Apple logo on this iPad which is absolutely mad. I plugged it in and the charging symbol and the welcome screen came up so I have no idea if it works or not but I’m feeling hopeful.”
After this, Becky found lots of women’s clothes from SHEIN, including an LA slogan t-shirt, a pink hoodie and a black dress. There were also men’s toiletries inside the suitcase, women’s makeup products, baby Adidas trainers and a toy tractor.
More than 1,5000 people commented on the TikTok video diving into the unclaimed lost luggage. One user said: “I think they empty them and add random stuff” and another person replied to this comment speculating that it “belonged to a family on holiday.”
A third user added: “It’s crazy to think that a person would not get their luggage after packing their valuable items? Like what happened to that person?”
Some people said the owner would be able to track the iPad and one sympathetic user said they “would be sad losing this”. A wise traveller commented: “Moral of this is always put an airtag in your luggage!”
