Odell Beckham Jr. has five suitors lined up for his free agency decision but how do the teams and fits stack up against one another for the wide receiver?

There is now a firmer timeline than ever for when free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. could sign with an NFL team with the playoffs on the horizon. More importantly, though, there is also a list of five suitors that has emerged as Beckham, who is returning from a torn ACL suffered in the Super Bowl as a member of the Rams, eyes his next team.

According to CBS Sports’ Josina Anderson, Beckham plans to start meeting with teams in early December. He has meetings lined up already with the New York Giants, Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys (in that order), three teams that have already been heavily inked to the prolific pass-catcher. Per Anderson, OBJ also plans to have “conversations” with the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens.

While all three teams have winning records and are currently on track for playoff berths, not all fits and landing spots are created equal for Odell Beckham Jr. So how do these five teams stack up against one another in relation to the fit for OBJ? We’re ranking them to determine exactly that.

Odell Beckham Jr. rumors: Rankings WR’s 5 suitors with visits set

5. New York Giants

With all due respect to the history between the Giants and Beckham, Big Blue has gotten off to a hot start record-wise but has felt like a paper tiger far more often than not. That was again evidenced on Thanksgiving when, after jumping out to a 13-7 lead, they allowed the Cowboys to score 21 unanswered points before tacking on a score for good vibes in the final moments in the 28-20 loss.

There’s no doubt that after trading Kadarius Toney and with a laundry list of injuries hampering the offense that the Giants could use a receiver of OBJ’s talent. He would immediately be the WR1 as soon as he proved healthy enough to take on that role.

At the same time, Beckham’s list of suitors clearly indicates his interest in joining a contender and, with no negative connotation intended, chasing another ring. With New York having now lost three of their last four games to drop to 7-4 and a ton of metrics indicating this fall could continue, a reunion with the G-Men just doesn’t make as much sense as the other possible destinations for Beckham.
