Harry Styles Brought Biceps and a Rainbow Jumpsuit to the 2023 Grammys Red Carpet

Harry Styles, performer and six-time nominee at tonight’s Grammys, of course came dressed to be a men’s fashion scene-stealer on the red carpet in Los Angeles. The artist stepped out in a rainbow jumpsuit by EgonLab. He accessorized with layered necklaces and rings.

Styles is up for six Grammys this evening: Record of the Year (“As It Was”), Album of the Year (Harry’s House), Song of the Year (“As It Was”), Best Pop Solo Performance (“As It Was”), Best Pop Vocal Album (Harry’s House), and Best Music Video (“As It Was”).

Styles spoke to Better Homes and Gardens in April 2022 about his mental health journey and how he didn’t feel as artistically pressured to make a commercial hit with Harry’s House compared to his previous records.

With this album, “I just want to make stuff that is right, that is fun, in terms of the process, that I can be proud of for a long time, that my friends can be proud of, that my family can be proud of, that my kids will be proud of one day,” Styles said.

Styles admitted he started going to therapy about five years ago, saying it has allowed him to “open up rooms in himself” that he didn’t know existed and feel things more honestly rather than “emotionally coast[ing].”

Initially, Styles said he considered therapy to be a music industry cliché: “I thought it meant that you were broken,” he said. “I wanted to be the one who could say I didn’t need it.”

Now, he sees it far differently, and he sees his emotions differently as well. “I think that accepting living, being happy, hurting in the extremes, that is the most alive you can be,” he said. “Losing it crying, losing it laughing—there’s no way, I don think, to feel more alive than that.”
