Trevon Diggs links his All-Pro brother to Cowboys with latest social media activity

The Dallas Cowboys could use some added firepower this offseason, and Trevon Diggs thinks his brother, Stefon Diggs, should join their cause.

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs is a ballhawk in his own right, but the two-time Pro Bowler is on the recruiting trail to try and sway his brother to the Lone Star state.

While Dallas’ receiving corps is already fairly strong thanks to CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup, they could use more depth at the top. Gallup may not be back next year, either.

So, why not trade for Diggs’ brother, Stefon? The Bills wide receiver was unhappy at the end of Buffalo’s divisional playoff loss at the hands of the Cincinnati Bengals.

To be fair to Diggs, that was a frustrating day for the Bills. They had no answer to the Bengals on either side of the ball, and the weather did not help matters.

Cowboys: Could Stefon Diggs force his way to Dallas?

Because of how the season ended for both teams, a change of scenery could make sense, if Diggs wants it. However, he’s rather content in Buffalo, and has one of the best quarterbacks in the sport throwing him the ball. The grass isn’t always greener.

That won’t stop Trevon Diggs from trying.

“We need Cowboys Nation to go and help and tweet to get bro here,” Trevon Diggs told ‘Blogging the Boys.” “We need everyone to know. We need to put it on notice that we need to get bro to Dallas.”

Sadly, what Cowboys nation wants doesn’t always line up with organizational values, or the best interest of the player they hope to acquire.

Diggs is signed through the 2027 season, when he’ll be 34 years old. Perhaps at that point, Dallas can take a flyer on Stefon. But for now, it makes next to no sense for Buffalo to trade one of its best offensive assets.
