A.J. Brown threatens JuJu Smith-Schuster in private message after another TikTok video (NSFW)
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is about to enter free agency, but before he does, he took another shot at the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles didn’t take kindly to JuJu Smith-Schuster’s Valentine’s Day card, in which he posted a photo of James Bradberry with the caption “I’ll hold you when it matters most.”
As funny as that message was, it was only a week after the Super Bowl, which was essentially clinched by Bradberry’s hold of Smith-Schuster on a critical third down. To his credit, Bradberry admitted the call was correct after the game, much to the chagrin of Philly sports fans who falsely assumed they were jobbed by the officiating crew.
Eagles teammates came to Bradberry’s defense after the V-Day card incident. When Smith-Schuster posted another video trolling Bradberry and Philadelphia’s football team this week, A.J. Brown threatened violence.
The video A.J. Brown referenced in his message appears to be this one.
That’s an elaborate plot just to troll Eagles fans. In what could be the highlight of Smith-Schuster’s career, can we really blame him for being a bit provocative?
Eagles, A.J. Brown still have beef with JuJu Smith-Schuster
“You really need to find you somebody else to play with,” Brown said. “Don’t let that ring get you beat tf up.”
It should be noted that Brown deleted his tweet after the fact. In his direct message to Smith-Schuster, Brown made a less-veiled threat, saying “You better go to Cabo and enjoy your ring and stop f–king w me.”
This isn’t the first time Brown has come after Smith-Schuster, as the Valentine’s Day incident prompted a response on social media as well.
“First off congratulations. Y’all deserve it,” Brown began on Twitter. “This is lame. You was on the way out the league before mahomes resurrected your career on your 1 year deal Tik-Tok boy. He admitted that he grabbed you but don’t act like your like that or ever was. But congratulations again!”
While Brown exaggerated by suggesting Smith-Schuster was a fringe roster talent (he wasn’t and now could be one of the higher-paid wideouts in free agency), it’s clear the Eagles can’t stop thinking about what could have been.
