Miami Dolphins can’t handle LA winter, not a good sign for playoffs

The Miami Dolphins used heaters in 55-degree weather in Los Angeles, a sign that the playoffs will cause some issues.

If you have to turn on heaters in 55-degree weather and Los Angeles, of all places, you are in trouble, including the Miami Dolphins.

During Sunday Night Football against the Chargers, Miami was spotted with heaters on their sideline. From the outskirts, that could be a significant issue come postseason time, especially if the Dolphins go on the road.

The weather forecast for their upcoming bout with Buffalo calls for snow. If the Dolphins needed heaters in relatively typical LA weather, what does that say about unpleasant and chilly conditions?

The Miami Dolphins will have a significant problem if they make the playoffs and face unpleasant weather conditions.

Miami’s passing attack is potent, fast, and almost hard to contain when everything is going right, including the weather. But very rarely in Florida does it get cold at all, and if it does, it turns into a major crisis. That’s largely why the Dolphins, should they make it to the postseason, will face an arduous task of adapting to their surroundings.

Other places are not like that. For one, places like Buffalo, Kansas City, Cincinnati, Baltimore, etc., all have to deal with frigid conditions come postseason time. Miami doesn’t usually deal with it, and a sudden change could be detrimental. The Dolphins already struggle at times when things are clear, so what would the weather change do?

Unfortunately for Miami, it looks like the Bills will take the division, which means if Miami makes the playoffs, they will be on the road in chilly weather, which means the South Beach shine will be far away. Should they qualify, they will have to adapt or be given a chilly reception of being eliminated from the postseason.
